Moodle Site: How To Master Instagram

Using the course-building platform Moodle, I designed a six-week unit aimed at higher-education learners. My unit is an asynchronous online course and teaches learners how to become proficient with the Instagram application. This artifact exemplifies ISTE Standard 2b. Within this unit students are encouraged to explore their creativity via photography. Multiple forms of technology aid learners such as video tutorials, Instagram-app walkthroughs, collective databases, filter effects and video production. Furthermore, the students are required to write a reflection at the end of every week assessing their experiences and discoveries. During week 2, students are able to set their own goals for the course by choosing from five different final projects: photo journal, tutorial, social circle, storyboard or short film. (This site now defunct.)

To view and explore my Moodle unit, first review these three easy steps:

1) Before you can enter my Moodle site, you will first encounter a log-in page like the one below.

2) You need to log in as a "guest", so click the button labeled Log in as a guest. From there you will gain access to my Moodle site.

3) If you are ready, click on the linked image below.

*Please note, as a "guest" viewer you are unable to see item 5 listed under Week 2. That item is a questionnaire asking students what final project they wish to choose. Upon further inspection, I found that item 5 is visible if you are signed in as a student. All other items appear visible for guest access.
