Essay 3: Twenty-First Century Privacy:

What Does It Mean?

Considering this new era of digital technology, I explored the present condition of individual privacy. On a national, collective level we are all affected by technology that residually alters our privacy. Similarly, I wanted to understand how changing perceptions of privacy will transform our lives in the future. To do so, I examined current research of teen behavior in relation to emerging technologies and social media.

Accordingly, this literary artifact promotes digital etiquette in relation to privacy and explores how virtual, social interactions should be modeled, thus supporting ISTE Standard 4c.
